Update | Restoring School Communication Systems

Dear parents / guardians,

We would like to inform you about an unexpected disruption in our school's phone service that we are currently addressing. I want to assure you that this community-wide disruption was unforeseen and beyond our control.

Please be assured that we are working diligently with our partner at Telus to resolve the issue and restore normal service as soon as possible.

During this period, we understand the importance of staying connected, especially as we prepare to return to school. While the phone service is temporarily unavailable, we encourage you to reach out to us via email at Dalhousie@cbe.ab.ca for any urgent matters or concerns.

Our staff is actively monitoring their emails and will respond promptly.

In addition, you can always visit our school website for any updates, announcements and information you may need. We apologize for any inconvenience this disruption may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work with our partners at Telus to resolve the issue.

At this time, we anticipate that it will take a minimum of three days to restore service, and we anticipate that the issue will be resolved prior to the first day of school on Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023. We will notify you of any changes to this timeline.
