Upcoming Events and Important Dates

¡Buenas Tardes Dalhousie Families! 

Another great week at Dalhousie. Our grade 1 to 3 had a great week at Sir Winston Churchill pool taking swimming lessons. Thanks to all the volunteers!! Also, thanks to all families for respecting the No-Parking and Drop-Off zones. We see a big different in the traffic flow in the morning, and our bus drivers appreciate your efforts.

Picture Retake Day

Picture Retake day is on Tuesday, October 15.  M/W Kindergarten is asked to bring your child in for retakes on that day.  Please check in at the office between 9:30 – 10:30 for your picture retake.

Remembrance Day

The Remembrance Day Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, November 7. We are seeking members of our parent community who have served in the Armed Forces or have connections with them to find a guest speaker for our assembly. Please email our Assistant Principal Sra. Pineda Preece KPPinedapavo@cbe.ab.ca if you know anyone who may be interested in attending and speaking at our assembly.

Parent Society Skip the Depot

Our school Parent Society has a new fundraising initiative. Help raise money for the Parent Society by donating your bottles to the Dalhousie School Parent Society. 

To sign up, visit www.skipthedepot.com follow prompts for bottle collection and schedule pickup to chose address. You can download the app on your phone to schedule your pickup. Search for Dalhousie School Parent Society for the organization of choice. Skip the Depot will collect your bottles and donate the proceeds to our Parent Society.
