Dalhousie Intent to Return Forms
As part of our planning for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, we would like to gather information from all our families about your intentions to return to Dalhousie for the next school year. Please complete the following Intent to Return Survey by January 30, 2025.
Kindness Month at Dalhousie
As we enter the month of February, the Dalhousie school community will be turning our attention to the theme of Kindness. Teachers in their grade teams will be working on lessons that focus on kindness, compassion, and empathy with each grade group choosing a kindness activity to share with the school community.
For Valentine’s Day, each class will create their craft to share with a pre-selected class in keeping with the theme of kindness and inclusion. If students wish to bring their own Valentine cards for their classmates, teachers will provide time during the day for the exchange. Please remember not to send chocolate or candies due to allergies. If you have specific questions, please contact your student’s teacher directly.
School Council and Parent Society Meeting
Join us on Wednesday, January 29 at 6:30 pm for our monthly School Council and Parent Society meetings. We have our MLA for Calgary-Edgemont, Julia Hayter, attending our meeting and she will be available to our families to answer questions you may have, and share with us how an MLA can support our school community. Visit our School Council and Parent Society pages for more details on the agenda for the evening.
