Dalhousie Intent to Return Forms

As part of our planning for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, we would like to gather information from all our families about your intentions to return to Dalhousie for the next school year. Please complete the following Intent to Return Survey (Extended to February 7)

Valentine’s Day – February 12

For Valentine’s Day, each class will create their own craft to share with a pre-selected class in keeping with the theme of kindness and inclusion. If students wish to bring their own Valentine cards for their classmates, teachers will provide time during the day for the exchange. Please remember to not send chocolate or candies due to allergies. If you have specific questions, please contact your student’s teacher directly.

Lost and Found Reminders for Parents

Students are advised to check the school's Lost and Found area for any items that may have been misplaced. Remember to:

• Label your children’s belongings
• Check your children’s bags regularly to ensure you have all their items
• Encourage your child to independently check the Lost and Found for missing items
• Please send unrecognized items to the school to be returned
• Please do not send items of value or personal importance to the school

How can the School Council and Parent Society Help?

Check our Facebook and Instagram pages for monthly Lost and Found postings to see if you recognize anything that didn't make it home. Dalhousie School has a "Mabel’s Labels" fundraiser, see the School Council Facebook and Instagram pages for details.

Email dalhousieschoolcouncil@gmail.com if you cannot locate a specific item, and a social media posting (with an image, size details, and last-seen information) will be made, to help locate the item.
