The Playground Builders are prepping the site this week getting ready to start the build. We hopefully will be able to reopen the playground approximately June 21st (weather permitting).

School Council and Parent Society

Our Next School Council and Parent Society Meeting will be held in person on June 5th at 6:30 pm. This will be our annual AGM, and we will be voting in new members for the next school year. Please come and join us! Everyone is welcome to join, and let us know if you will be able to join either council for next year!

The positions to be filled for the School Council are:
·         Chair
·         Vice Chair
·         Secretary
·         Key communicator

The positions to be filled for the Parent Society are:
·         Co-Chairs
·         Fundraiser Lead
·         Secretary (filled)
·         Treasure (filled)
·         Casino Coordinator (filled) 

Please note that the School Council will be able to provide free childcare during the meetings if needed so you can join us in person. We will offer both School and Parent Council meetings in a hybrid format (both in person and online).

Fun Lunch!!

On behalf of the School Council and the Parent Society, thank you to all those who have signed up to help with FUN LUNCH this year!! Most shifts have now been claimed since our call for help. Please when you sign up, if anything comes up suddenly, if you could let us know via email if you are having to cancel your shift so we can try to call someone else in to cover you.

If you would like to volunteer to help with fun lunch, and you have your CBE volunteer clearance, please check out the available spots here.
