Non-Instruction Day

Dear Dalhousie Families,

What a fun week at Dalhousie! Our “Everything but a Backpack” Challenge Day was a huge success and showcased the incredible creativity of our students. From picnic coolers to grocery bags, cat travel cages, suitcases, and boxes, our students arrived with the most original and surprising ideas.

The TELUS Spark “Wow to Woah” presentation was so much fun! What a great way to say thank you to our students for their amazing work in the Read-O-Thon. The performance was a dynamic and engaging science experiences that left students and staff excitedly buzzing. Our two energetic science presenters captivated the audience from start to finish, bringing science to life through thrilling demonstrations and interactive moments. Students had the opportunity to witness firsthand the power and wonder of science in action, with bursts of flames, clouds of ice, splashes of water, and exciting chemical reactions that had everyone on the edge of their seats.
