Thank you to all our families for the extra effort it took to get students to school safely and on time during the recent cold weather. We know winter mornings can be challenging with icy roads and traffic. As Calgary weather can change quickly, please ensure students are dressed warmly for the season, including coats, hats, mittens, snow pants, and boots when needed.
Pink Shirt Day is coming up next week, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Across the Calgary Board of Education, schools recognize this day by promoting kindness, inclusion, and taking a stand against bullying. Students and staff are encouraged to wear pink and take part in activities that help create safe, caring, and welcoming school communities.

Rocky Mount Soap Fundraiser
Thank you to our wonderful school community for your continued support of our fundraising efforts! We’re excited to share that our Rocky Mountain Soap Company fundraiser is nearly 50% of the way to our goal of repainting the lines on our school grounds to create fun, active spaces for our students. Orders are due February 24, with pickup on March 17 from 3:00–5:30 PM.

Alberta Education 2025-2026 Satisfaction Survey
As part of Alberta Education’s commitment to providing a world-class education, the annual survey will be conducted with Grade 4 students and their parents or guardians. Our grade 4 students will be completing the survey next week, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, during their class.
Participation is voluntary and anonymous, including each question within the survey. The survey gathers valuable feedback about school experiences and helps guide continuous improvement in our education system. All grade 4 families should have received a Random Access Code from the CBE. To complete the survey, you simply follow this link AECAS Survey 2025-2026. Survey will be closing on March 6, 2026.
